A productive sanctuary within Silicon Alley.

See for yourself

Being a member of Bond Flatiron makes me feel like I am part of a community which is really important being a remote employee."

Flatiron isn’t just New York City’s largest tech sector,
it’s also a cultural and historical hotbed.

115 East 23rd St, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10010

Flatiron isn’t just New York City’s largest tech sector, it’s also a cultural and historical hotbed. You’ll be blocks away from Madison Square Park (and Shake Shack), the Museum of Sex, and the Gershwin Hotel – a famous tribute to the late Pop Art icon Andy Warhol. Not to mention dozens of stores, from chic boutiques to big-box retailers.
