Bond Gowanus

Open ceilings, original wood beams, and raw walls nod to the building’s industrial past, while thoughtfully curated furniture divides the Brooklyn space into distinct areas for multiple uses. Serving as a collaborative space for entrepreneurs and creatives within the production, media and tech industries (among others) the uniquely diverse Gowanus community also focuses on empowering parents and families in the neighborhood with its flexibility and perks. Amenities include a voiceover booth and production studio, six conference rooms, eight phone booths, a nursing room, two outdoor terraces, and even amenities for dogs, just to name a few.
Focus on your dream, we’ll handle the rest.
