-Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for someone who possesses strong business success to expand our market share as well as promote products and create new relationships with new and existing customers. This is a pure B2B sales position best suited for a self starter who thrives working independently. Our Inside Sales Reps are high energy, motivated to sell, and have good rapport building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Business development: build/develop canvassing lists to canvass
  • Schedule and assign tours for Community Developer, community managers, and assistant community managers in all Bond Collective locations
  • Follow up with leads in CRM, by emails and phone
  • Log and track all leads that have come in
  • Research necessary information to make sure all data on leads and opportunities are in CRM
  • Maintain and expand wait list to ensure 100% occupancy
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads through research, social media, and referrals
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls,meetings and pipeline generated
  • Maintain updated and detailed records of prospective calls, meetings, and subsequent follow-ups in CRM
  • Use Prospecting Tools and Build Lists
  • Find accurate contact information for leads in specific industries or locations.
  • Find targeted people at targeted companies
  • Ensuring follow-up, and calls-to-action
  • Collaborate with team lead to identify best strategies and approaches to consistently achieve company's sales targets

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Business-to-Business (B2B) selling experience with evidence of exceptional performance
  • Demonstrate strong phone and in person prospecting skills
  • Successful sales experience in a face-to-face cold calling background.
  • A strong work ethic needed for market development through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Excellent closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work as a positive team member, always available to assist colleagues, teammates, members, customers, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

-Community Developer

Our team is looking for a Community Developer to join our growing team. First impressions are everything. The CD will be the first point of contact for potential new customers, thus playing a vital role in the Bond Collective brand. The CD will be one of the most essential roles in supporting the Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers. This is a great opportunity for you to join a team early on as we rapidly expand and grow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly ambitious, energetic person who is looking to grow with a company and can work in a fast paced environment. Good phone skills are a must. This individual should have the desire to grow within an organization and be excited about helping build a brand as we grow. They are detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, optimistic and a great team player. They are competitive and thrive in a buzzing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Community Developer:

  • Take all incoming calls and emails from the Bond Collective main line

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Past internship or 1+ year sales experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Energetic individual with a strong sense of urgency and competitive nature
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus

Required experience:

  • Sales, Canvassing, Business Development Internship or Job: 1 year

-Community Manager

Sales:

  • Managing the process from booking tours of the space, to signing up new members, to facilitate their move-in
  • Experience with CRM preferred but not necessary
  • Inventory management, weekly reporting to Director of Sales Operations:
  • Maintain the vibe, cleanliness and organization of the space
  • Maintain records of tenants agreements, billing and contacts
  • Addresses tenant concerns and be the go-to person for our members
  • Orient first-time members and short-term customers
  • Manage budgets
  • Manage the Assistant Community Manager and supporting staff
  • Be available to costumers in person, via phone and email
  • Help out wherever you can
