- Director of Sales

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading a successful sales team, managing a team of sales leads, leveraging centralized lead-gen resources (both inbound New Member Development and outbound Sales Development). The Director of Sales is based in New York, and reports directly to the CEO & CFO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales targets, and other KPIs for all of our spaces
  • Successfully hire, train and manage our growing sales team (Outreach Specialists, Brand Ambassadors, Relationship Cultivation Specialist, Event Sales Manager, etc.)
  • Define key sales and marketing strategies for all locations, budgets required to deliver, and drive successful execution to achieve results
  • Consistently analyze data in order to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and programs, and implement new and effective strategies based on findings.
  • Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions in your market
  • Lead and manage all Sales Leads and effectively leverage members of your team
  • Own the inbound and outbound sales process: Lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
  • Personally take the lead on larger sales opportunities and VIP clients
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals (e.g. Occupie)
  • Successfully leverage Community Managers as an extension of your team through information sharing, training, goal setting, management of the sales pipeline and key KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (physical product/construction, and especially legal) to customize offerings and contractual agreements to larger members
  • Maintain regular communication cadence with the organization to communicate best practices and share learning
  • Drive a 100% building occupancy strategy
  • Develop sales strategies to support the opening of new spaces
  • Develop and leverage broker relationships
  • Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business that help us understand how to scale, manage and grow the business predictably and profitably
  • Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales organization
  • Ensure improvements in process, systems and tools are effectively communicated and localized
  • Define sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the team to achieve their sales targets

Qualifications: - Bachelor/Masters Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing/event/sales management
  • Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of Sales team
  • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Proven track record working in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence; experience and comfort level working with C-level executives

  • Results driven with an ability to both manage and execute projects
  • Ability to find, identify, hire top-talent and pass on key competences effectively while training it

- Community Manager

- Business Development Representative

Our team is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. First impressions are everything. The BDR will be the first point of contact for potential new customers, thus playing a vital role in the Bond Collective brand. The BDR will be one of the most essential roles in supporting the Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers. This is a great opportunity for you to join a team early on as we rapidly expand and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP:

  • Take all incoming calls and emails from the Bond Collective main line

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails, meetings and pipeline generated
  • Maintain updated and detailed records of prospective calls, meetings, and subsequent follow-ups in CRM
  • Use prospecting tools and build contact lists
  • Find accurate contact information for leads in specific industries or locations
  • Find contact information of targeted individuals at identified companies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Past internship or 1+ year sales experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Energetic individual with a strong sense of urgency and competitive nature
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus

Required experience:

  • Sales, Canvassing, Business Development Internship or Job: 1 year

- Member Concierge

The concierge's responsibility is to act as a personal assistant to our members. You will act as the point of reference for members who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. In addition, when not attending directly to members requests, the concierge will support the community staff with tasks related to the operations of the space. We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a growing hospitality brand reinventing the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating all requests whenever possible; resolves complaints; assists members in all inquiries
  • Taking action points and writing minutes
  • Preparing papers for meetings
  • Taking dictation
  • Planning and organizing events
  • Conducting research
  • Drafting communications on member’s behalf
  • Preparing presentations
  • Typing documents
  • Managing projects
  • Booking travel upon request
  • Running misc. Errands (dry cleaning, packages, picking up gifts, etc.)
  • Making reservations upon request of the member
  • Managing catering needs for member meeting
  • Assisting with the organization of on-site events
  • Arranging events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request
  • Answering the phone, taking and distributing messages or mail and redirecting calls
  • Responding to complaints and finding the appropriate solution
  • Handling additional requests from managers as directed
  • Utilizing variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the owner, resident has made and to assure proper billing

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and social media
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

  • Prior experience in front desk support (hotel concierge, office or medical receptionist, etc); experience with leasing, sales or hospitality a plus

- Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for someone who possesses strong business success to expand our market share as well as promote products and create new relationships with new and existing customers. This is a pure B2B sales position best suited for a self starter who thrives working independently. Our Outside Sales Reps are high energy, motivated to sell, and have good rapport building skills.

Responsibilities:
