- Venue Manager // The Mezzanine

The Mezzanine Venue Manager is the person in charge of event space operations. Their main duties are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Oversee activities and use of the facilities, which includes ensuring the venue is clean, all equipment is working, and amenities are stocked.
  • Provide excellent client service by meeting customer needs and handling client complaints directly.
  • Maintain an excellent and positive relationship with preferred vendors, utilizing B2B skills to guarantee business transactions are uniform.
  • Review monthly and quarterly sales activity to identify sales trends and maintain a successful operation by working closely with the Venue Sales Manager to hit goals.
  • Be the point of contact for all activities within the Mezzanine.
  • Meet with all contract clients for planning of their event through successful implementation and post-event follow-up
  • Assist with marketing efforts as needed including but not limited to blog content writing and managing social media accounts.
  • Minor event production and coordination as needed.

- Community Manager

  • Managing the process from booking tours of the space, to signing up new members, to facilitate their move-in
  • Experience with CRM preferred but not necessary
  • Inventory management, weekly reporting to Director of Sales Operations:
  • Maintain the vibe, cleanliness and organization of the space
  • Maintain records of tenants agreements, billing and contacts
  • Addresses tenant concerns and be the go-to person for our members
  • Orient first-time members and short-term customers
  • Manage budgets
  • Manage the Assistant Community Manager and supporting staff
  • Be available to costumers in person, via phone and email
  • Help out wherever you can

Community:

  • Curate community programs offering value added events
  • Contribute to social media, outreach, newsletters, as well as explore possible partnerships

Interpersonal Skills

  • Community oriented
  • Have to LOVE the idea or Coworking, Collaborating and Cocreating
  • Organized, strong written and verbal skills
